About Us
The Penn State Economics Association strives to foster development of Penn State business/economics students through:
o Communication amongst faculty, students, and alumni
o Exploration of economic institutions/centers
o Interaction with members of the business community
This goal is achieved by our organization’s hosting of events throughout the academic year including:
o Professional workshops with corporate representatives
o Field trips to economic establishments such as The Federal Reserve in Washington D.C.
o Distinguished Speakers Series
o Student- & faculty-run events and projects like the Great Debate
